Wash & Reset Wig Service

This service allow you to return your wig (made by us) to be washed and reset. 

Service will consist of shampoo, deep conditioned, retightening of wig, styled along with comb and band replacement. 

If your closure is bald you will need to add a closure to your purchase, extreme cases of replacement means balding in one spot, balding front of hairline, holes in closure etc.

Please view "100% raw bundles" tab and add a closure to your cart, we can only replace 2x6, 5x5, 6x6 & 13x6 frontal/closures. (tab is located in menu at top on left side of page)

Turn around time is 3-5 days after delivery, 4-6 days if closure replacement is needed, closure replacement includes bleaching knots & plucking. 

Please note we cannot remove THICK glue build up, we recommend you remove glue before shipping to us.

In order for us to work on your wig it has to be sent in within 1 year of purchase date.

Please understand you should be washing your wig every 1-2 weeks or at least monthly. If you go too long without washing and conditioning your wig the (hair cuticles) can become damaged beyond repair. Your wig needs moisturizer, you are the only person who can give it once it's in your care.  

Once payment is made we will send you the address please be sure to place insurance on your wig when shipping to us, our company is not liable for stolen/lost packages. 

6 Month Package!!!

We've now added a 6 month packaged valued at $1320 for $950. This package is intended to help maintain the healthiness of your wig and increase longevity. 

This allows you to send in your wig monthly which includes your return labels here and back to you for 6 months, all you do is drop your wig off! 

Example: Each month around the 25th you'll send in your wig to receive the service, 3-4 days after delivery we will mail it back to you. You can roll over your month into the next if you don't want to send in your wig for that month. 

Example: You have a "wash reset" beginning of January, in February you don't want to send in your wig so you skip February and you send your wig March 1st.

You cannot skip beyond 30 days, meaning if you don't send your wig in Feb you need to send in it by March.  

Once purchased we will send you 6 shipping bags with 1 return label for the upcoming month, unfortunately USPS only allows us to send the labels a certain time out.

All other labels will be emailed and can be printed at home, USPS kiosk or USPS customer service with the QR code from your phone. 

Theres no waiting in line, you can use one of USPS drop boxes to drop off your wig if your label is printed at home or Kiosk machine. If printed at home feel free to use USPS "free" package pick up service located on their website. 

When purchasing the 6 month package we handle the shipping insurance.
