Wash & Reset Wig Service

This service allow you to return your wig (made by us) to be washed and reset. 

Service will consist of shampoo, deep conditioned and style along with comb and band replacement. 

In most cases if you'd like to have your closure replaced please view "raw hair extension" tab and add a closure to your cart, we can only replace 5x5/6x6 closures.

 Turn around time is 5-8 days after delivery, 8-12 if closure replacement is needed.

Please note we cannot remove thick glue build up, we recommend you remove glue before shipping to us.

Please do not send in wet wigs, it'll be returned without being worked on.

If your closure is bald you will need to add a closure to your purchase. 

In order for us to work on your wig it has to be sent in within 2 months (60 days) from purchase.

If you go too long without washing and conditioning your wig the (hair cuticles) can become damaged beyond repair.

Once payment is made we will send you the address please be sure to place insurance on your wig when shipping to us, our company is not liable for stolen/lost packages.
