Terms of service

Important Notice: All payments must clear before our company ships an order. If doing same day or next day shipping orders must be paid using PayPal Business invoice which will be generated and sent by us.

Credit/Debit, AfterPay, Zip, Affirm, ShopPay and ShopPay Installments normally takes 2-3 business days to clear.

Klarna takes 11 days to process, please be sure to select the correct payment when checking out, we cannot cancel orders once payment is made thank you.

 

Processing Time:
Custom/Color Wigs: 10-21 business days after purchase. Unless stated all wigs are custom made by our company which includes construction, cut and color.

If you need a custom wig before our processing time we may be able to accommodate you, please contact us before purchasing. 

Due to some customers purchasing 3-5 wigs at a time we may need extra time to work on 1 order, please understand we don't like to rush if you need an item by a certain time feel free to contact us before hand, thank you.  

Please Note: During "sales" the timeframe might be extended a couple of days due to the amount of people shopping our discounted products. We will work hard to get everything out in a timely manner. 

Production starts immediately once an order is placed, orders cannot be changed/canceled. 

Shipping:

*To prevent theft signature is mandatory with each package, we will not ask USPS/FEDEX/UPS/DHL to release your package.

If going on extended vacation reach out to USPS on their website and activate their hold mail system, this will ensure USPS holds your mail until you cancel the service. This service is free of charge. 

Please speak with your carrier to ensure they do not sign for your package, our company is not responsible for packages that are signed and left unsupervised. 

*International Shipping 2-4 Days UPS

*Custom Fees:

The Customer is responsible for custom fees if customs holds your package it may take 1-3 additional days for them to inspect & release please prepare in case.

*Return to Sender:

If package is returned to us due to failure of picking up from delivery service a fee of $15 will apply to reship.

*By shopping with us you agree to our terms and policy
